Spidermans face was super easy to make and my friends LOVED the cake for their sons 4th birthday. Happy Birthday, Luke!

Jaxson is 2 years old!!!

Jaxson turns two!

Yesterday, my baby boy turned 2 years old. I am a very proud Mommy. He is a sweet little boy and truely makes my heart smile everyday.

Jaxson had a wonderful Birthday. We woke him up by opening his door and singing "Happy Birthday". I took him (and Madison) to get donuts for breakfast. That never happens on a weekday. Jaxson had a great lunch (sandwich and fruit) and he had pizza for dinner. We, then, gave him a cupcake and sang "happy birthday" once again. Jaxson got a few presents(the rest will wait until his party) and he received a few cards and money in the mail. He even received a few Birthday phone calls. Jax is only 2, so I do not think he knows what is going on, but he knew it was a special day and that's all that matters.

To top it off, our dog Pinkie had 3 yorkie puppies on his birthday!!

I made this Disney Cars cake the first week of September for my nephews 4th Birthday.

The sign is made out of gumpaste/fondant mixture. The clouds are made using a flower cutout. Just roll out the white fondant, cut out the flower with your cookie cutter, and stretch the fondant flower to make it a cloud shape.

I didn't have time to make the street signs or disney cars out of fondant. Wished I did

:(

... but I still like how it turned out!

I had so much fun with this cake. It was a 1st birthday cake for a cute little cowboy. The whole party turned out great and I was honored to create this Cowboy Boot Cake for Daxton.

Everything is made from Fondant. The Boot is half fondant and half gumpaste. It took 2 tries to get the boot right. I used a plastic boot from Jaxson's first birthday party for inspiration and guidance.

The gold fondant stars was my favorite part to make. So easy and they turned out ADORABLE! I love them :)

This is a small cake that feeds 12 people. I made it a few weeks ago for a family friends mother.

Make your own Fleur De Lis Cake Design...

The Fleur de Lis design I printed of the interent on cardstock and cut out the design with si. Then I rolled out my fondant, placed the template cardstock over the fondant, and traced the design out with my exacto knife. Then, I used Wilton's Silver Pearl Dust  to make it silver and shiny.

Jaxson is turning 2!

Jaxson's second birthday is coming up and I finally decided on a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse 2nd Birthday Party. I was sold on an "OH "TWO"DLES!" Party because of the "TWO"dles wording. I just think it's cute :)

I made Jaxson two birthday shirts. The one above and below....

It has a Mickey Head Silhouette, # 2, and "Jaxson" Applique. He would not sit still long enough for a good picture of the shirt.

His second birthday shirt is a Mickey Mouse shirt I bought from Target. I added his age "2" and his name "Jaxson" to the backside......

Well, I finally caved. I've decided to started a Facebook page for my cakes. I was hesitant at first, because it is my 3rd facebook page. I'm not liking having a bunch of people I do not even know on  my personal Facebook page any longer.

Prince Crown Baby Shower Cake

Hope you're having a Sweet Friday! I am so ready for this week to be over and the weekend to begin :)

I made this Prince Baby Shower Cake for my sister-in-laws baby shower. It is inspired by the "A New Little Prince" baby shower party supplies.

The Prince Baby Shower came out great and I am excited to meet my new nephew.

I made this crown using a template, gumpaste, and fondant.

The cake was simple enough. Just circles, stars, and ABC fondant cutouts.
