Peace Love & Roller Skate Cupcake Toppers

Roller Skate Fondant Cupcake Toppers

A few month ago I made a Peace, Love, & Roller Skate Cake with matching cupcakes. If you do not remember click this link. I was asked to make 4 dozen cupcakes just the same. It was very time consuming but they look just as cute as the first time I made them :)

This time I figured out a faster way to create the peace signs. Check it out!

DIY STEPS:
Cut your fondant out with a circle cutter and use a square cutter (the backside of it) to mark it. Then paint it in with Wiltons black gel coloring.

I hope you come back next Sweet Friday to see the Victoria Secret PINK inpsired Cake. It's so pretty! I can't wait for you to see!

Giraffe and Monkey Baby Shower Cake

Giraffe & Monkey Baby Shower Cake

This is a 6" round cake covered in light pink fondant. I covered the sides of the cake in brown zebra stripes and a cute fondant bow. The top of the cake has the baby girls name and I made a fondant monkey and a giraffe out of a rice krispy treat.

This cake was inspired by the bedding Lo Jacana.

Close up of the cake toppers...
I the it came out cute :)

Thanks for stopping by this Sweet Friday! I hope you come back next Sweet Friday to see the Peace, Love, & Roller Skate Cupcake Toppers I'm making.

Are you creating anything cute this weekend?

Multi Color Peace Signs & Zebra Cake and Cupcakes

Multi colored Cake and Cupcakes

I made a cake and some cupcakes to match the Neon Doodle Party Supplies from Party City for one of my daughter's friends. Here's the cake and cupcakes I made.

The cake is a 6" cake covered in black buttercream fondant, with multi-color zebra stripes & peace signs. I also added her name HAILEY, PARTY, & ROCK.  I did a little doodling on the top of the cake with a #3 tip and some white frosting.

Multi - Color Peace signs & Zebra Cupcakes
These are the cupcake toppers I made to match the cake.

Here's the Neon Doodle invitation I was given....

America Flag Fondant Cake

American Flag Cake

I love anything that is RED, WHITE, & BLUE and I'm so happy that I was asked to make this cake. I made this cake back in May for my husbands grandmother's 80th birthday party.

This is a 6" and 8" cake covered in white fondant. I made the American Flag out of Red, White, & Blue fondant and once it was finished I draped it over the cake. I used piping gel to hold it in place.

My tip to you is to make your flag as fast as you can so the fondant is nice and soft with you drape it over the cake.

What did you do for the 4th of July? Did you make anything?

Thanks for stopping by! Make sure to come back next Sweet Friday to see the Multi - Color Peace Sign & Zebra Cake I made :)

Giveaway! Free Bow Holder

Check out my new BOW HOLDER!!
Oh, I love this thing! You can hang pictures, cards, flowers, kids art, or even BOWS!
It looks great in your kids room or the bathroom, but I keep it in my craft room.
If you would like to win one just go to Michelle Turnipseed, Independent Willow House Design Consultant page and hit like. Then, on her wall post that Tutu Fairy sent you! Once she gets 50 new "likes" she will draw one name to win this and I will announce it on my page. I love mine and I just know you will too! Good LUCK!!!
Why I love this??
I love this because it's not your adverage girly bow holder. It will fit in with your home decor. It matches my bathroom perfectly, but I love it more in the craft room. I love how you can change it up. I do not have to hange bows on it. During Christmas I can hang it in the livingroom for all those Christmas cards :)
