Cauliflower Buffalo Wings. Husband Approved.

Healthy Game Day Buffalo Wings 
with Dill Ranch

I decided to give it a try and make my own Cauliflower Buffalo Wings. Who could pass up a healthy version of one of our favorite foods? I looked over 4 different recipes and decided to combine a few to make my own. Give it a try and let me know what you think. 


You will need:
  • 1 Head Cauliflower
  • 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 cup Franks Red Hot Sauce (or any kind)
  • 1 1/2 tsp butter (melted)


Directions:
Step 1:
-Preheat over 450
-Wash & cut Cauliflower into piece
-Combine water, flour, garlic powder, sea salt in bowl and whisk together. Add more water if too thick.

Step 2:
-Dip cauliflower into mixture 
-Place on lightly greased cooking sheet
-Cook for 12 minutes, flip and cook 6 minutes longer


Step 3:
-Melt butter and mix with hot sauce
-Brush on hot sauce mixture
-Cook for 10 minutes

Step 4:
-Take out of oven and let sit for 5-10 minutes

Step 5; (Dill Ranch)
-Mix Greek Yogurt, Packet of Ranch Powder, and 2 stems of fresh Dill

Husband Approved!
