Chicken Ranch Tacos
I kid you not, these are hands-down the best Chicken Ranch Tacos. Probably, the best tacos you can make and they are so simple. Only 4 ingredients! Then, set it and forget it! It doesn't get any easier than that.
I've been making 3 ingredient tacos for awhile, but last week I decided to add some Ranch and it took these tacos to the next level.
4 Ingredient Chicken Ranch Tacos...
- 2.5lbs - 3lbs of boneless skinless chicken. You can use tenders or breasts.
- 16oz Jar of Pace Picante Salsa
- 1 Packet of Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1/2 a Packet of Ranch Mix
Set it and Forget it!
- Add all 4 ingredients to your Crock*Pot: Chicken, Pace, Taco Seasoning, & Ranch
- Set your Crock Pot on HIGH
- Cook for 7-8 hours
Once all the liquids are absorbed you are ready. Your Chicken will start to shred around the 5 hour mark. You can take 2 forks and help it if you want to. Your Chicken will be cooked and safe to eat around 6 hours, but if you eat it your tacos will have a lot of juice dripping. Cook longer until the juice is gone.
Decide on your taco shells and taco toppings!
